- Since we are a manufacturer without a store-front, with varied and limited hours, we cannot accept in-person orders.
First, because we do ALL of our own manufacturing here at our factory & office/laboratory, we control all aspects of production for all of our products.

FAST SHIPPING — all orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. You will receive confirmation and a tracking number for the shipment via email. UPS and FedEx will not pick up on Saturday.
- Your order using credit card transactions goes through our Shopping Cart that utilizes SSL Secure technology, the highest available ecommerce security method.
- All payment transactions are secure as our methods are verified and validated by TrustWave and GeoTrust every day — you can check on us by clicking their icons at the bottom of every page to check. We never see your credit card information.

All of the information is on the label and when you look at the product pictures it shows all of the information on the label — to see ingredients, they are usually on the right side of the label and the directions for use are on the left side. If you have any questions please contact us.

If for any reason, within 30 days of purchase, you are dissatisfied with the product, we will gladly refund your purchase price. We naturally request the reason so that we may improve our products and/or service. We very, very rarely have a return or a complaint. You do not have to return the product if you are not satisfied, we will still give you a full refund. If unopened, or if there is a problem with the product, we would like to have it and will gladly pay for the return shipping costs (and send you a postal return label).

Shipping methods — if your order is under $50 (or international) you get to choose how your order is shipped.
- Delivery to US addresses for retail orders over $50 are shipped free by US Priority Mail. Information can be found on our Shipping & Guarantees page.
- Orders under $50 can also be shipped by “snail mail” for a small fee. Note that if the product order is too heavy (more than 15 ounces) then we have to ship via Priority Mail and the usual fee would apply.
- We may use UPS Ground or another method for large orders.
- We may also use FedEx Ground or DHL (international orders).

Delivery — for Priority Mail, you can expect to receive your order within 3 days from shipping & pickup (depending upon your distance from us). UPS ground will take 1 to 5 days depending upon distance from Eastern Kentucky.
